Today’s leaders are under constant pressure to ensure leadership engagements bring shared value across multiple stakeholders who hold different cultural beliefs about what is ethical, proper, and worthy. Additionally, today’s workforce is the most diverse, complex, and mobile we have ever seen. Managing this cross-culture/global workforce is not only a challenge but a requirement in order to stay innovative and profitable. This course is designed to give leaders a global perspective of leadership, and then, discuss the must-have global-leadership competencies, as well as leverage those competencies across five cultural challenges in order to improve workforce effectiveness and operational synergy.
