RBLP® is the  core leader certification. This certification is for managers responsible for one or more team’s morale, teamwork, motivation, and commitment. Managers who earn this certification can build and lead resilient teams.

Resilience-Building Leadership Professional® Coach (RBLP-C)

RBLP-C® is the coach certification. This certification is for managers with organizational improvement, innovation, and problem-solving responsibilities. Managers who earn this certification can coach teams through the experiential learning cycle.

Senior managers who earn this certification can teach authorized training courses that prepare people for the RBLP series of leader certification exams.
