I’m Chief Bob Vásquez. I’m a Wisdom Seeker, Igniter, Storyteller, Author, Speaker, and Founder at PowerPact Leadership! I served in the United States Air Force for 50 years. I served in the Center for Character and Leadership Development at the United States Air Force Academy from 2002 to 2022.

Dava Flowers

I’m Dava Flowers. I’m a student at the University of Texas at Austin studying Government and Buisness. I work with children and adults with autism, as well as neurological and behavioral diagnoses. I have a deep interest in philosophy, morality, and leadership. I met Chief Bob Vásquez as a volunteer in the United States Air Force Auxiliary, Civil Air Patrol, where I’ve been a member since 2014.
